Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pants with inseam issues I love the feel of the fabric, and the pants have just the right amount of stretch. I just wish the inseam lengths were correct and consistent. The first two pairs of 38"x34" Wayfare pants I ordered had 33" inseams. The third pair had a 33.5" inseam. I wish Peter Millar offered the pants unfinished, honestly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Really Want to Love These Pants I have 5 pair of the Wayfare Five-Pocket Pants, 3 in the same color and two in different colors and all in the same size. Every single pair fits differently from the other, even among those in the same color. I had one pair wear out quickly (customer service was great at replacing that pair for me). For $200 a pair, there should not be this extreme inconsistency. I really want to get more colors but I just can't justify the cost for the poor quality.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great pant, size wrong Great pant, just can’t get the sizing right, ordered two pair of the pants, exact same size, different color. One pair fits great, the other pair 1.5 inches too long, had to send one pair back

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect 33/32 fit me perfectly. I’m 5’10” 173lbs and slender below the waist.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from ATX guy I liked the slack but they show stains really easy. I live in Texas and it’s hot here in the summer. I was sweating and you could see the slacks were wet in parts from my sweat. You could drop water on this slack and you could see the stain. I love most of the PM slacks but not these.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Beautiful pants, but the material stains very easily

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best pants I've purchase a great many articles of clothing from Peter Millar but these pants may be the best. They fit perfectly, wear perfectly, and are a perfect weight for spring and summer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good concept; Didn’t last I purchased two pairs of the Wayfair pants and enjoyed them initially. They ended up shrinking more than I’ve experience with other Peter Millar pants. One additional thing that I experience with both pairs is that they ripped at the pockets and I can’t repair them. So now I can’t wear either pair. Disappointed for sure.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Size is inconsistent I have bought four pair of the same size pants. Each 34×34. Two of the pair fit very well and two of the pair do not fit. It is frustrating to send stuff back and re-order when you don’t know which size to order because the sizes are inconsistent.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love it, but frustrated Love your products, but the sizing is inconsistent - which makes buying online without trying on pants frustrating. I own six pair of your pants, but this is the second pair I have had to return as one pair was too big in the waist, this last pair was too short.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too tight through the legs I’m a big fan of the eb55 pants. These fit much smaller. They were too tight all through the legs, so this is a very slim fit

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great pants, horribly inconsistent sizing. I have 6 pairs of these pants. 4 pairs all fit well, nice tailored fit. The other two pairs - same size - are about 2 inches longer and fit like a pair of parachute pants, baggy all throughout. I have found that to be the case with other orders of these pants. You have to order multiple pairs in the same size just to get one that fits decent. Very surprising from PM.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible fit not same color as pictured Been a PM customer for 10 years. Sport coats, sweaters, slacks, snorts and belts. Ordered Wayfare 35/32. Waist is 38 and “tailored fit” legs look like a pair of parachute pants from the 80’s. Quality of the product and quality control is no where near what it used to be. Very disappointed!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sent them right back Way overpriced. These pants looked and felt like it cost about $3 to make. Not the quality of what I expect from Peter Millar but it has been slipping on all their merchandise over the last several years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing and then… Amazing pants when they arrive and the first time you wear them. Then you wash them and they look like a Kmart special. Sorry Peter, I love you, but it’s true. I still do wear the pants.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from There are no other pants Great product - fit is perfect and delivers a sleek look both casual and business

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great pant…terribly inconsistent sizing. Love the pants…have 5 pair… but finding a pair that fits is a chore. Usually have to order 5 to 10 pair of the same size and same color to find one that meets the published specs. Have been trying for several months to find a 33/30 in the almond, with no luck. My last couple of orders, 10 pair of 33/30 in almond, produced 3 pair that measured 30 inches in the waist, 2 that measured 31”, and 3 that measured 32”. The two that measured 33” both were 29” in length, thus too short. Had to return the entire order(s). Again, love the pants, but the quality control on the Wayfair pant is the worst I have ever seen from a quality brand. You’ll love the trouser, but good luck finding the right size!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality Issues I am completely disappointed in Peter Millar. I have 5 of the Wayfare pants and I am mostly please will all but one. I recently purchased the 5th pair and the seam came apart after only a few wears. When I contacted customer care, they just simply said they were sorry. For $200 you would think you would get a better response

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wayfare My first order of these Wayfarer has a small hole in it. I’ve only worn them 2x so I have to assume that they came that way. Craftsmanship seems to be a little suspect even though they are comfortable. Quality seems to have fallen off a bit, I have purchased several Peter Millar pieces over the years. I’m disappointed and surprised.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A closet staple. Can't go wrong with these. These are standard 5 pocket pants with the lightweight fabric. Great for warm weather and nice alternative to denim. Fit is a little tight. I had to upsize to 33 waist from my standard 32. But this works fine. I have two pair now and both are in my everyday rotation. Can't go wrong with these.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fabric gets cheaper & cheaper Wayfare pants used to have structurally better / thicker fabric.
Date published: 2023-12-23
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not true to size I wear a size 36 in all my pants including many that are Peter Millar and these pants did not fit true to size. They were way too small.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Multiple pairs multiple fits for the same size Great pants. Good luck finding a pair that fits the same twice. I wear the same size and have for years. I've ordered and returned multiple pairs of 30" waist. One pair I can't get buttoned the other pair are way too big. Too frustrating to deal with for a pretty expensive pair of jeans that don't really last that long.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from How bout a lil something for ya know the effort? These were labeled 30" length but were at least 2" longer than other Wayfare pants of the same size. Had to get them altered at the PM store and it took 3 weeks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fabric shows stains I have three pairs of these pants. They are comfortable and I like the style. My issue with them is that for whatever reason, the fabric shows stains very easily - significantly more so than other chinos or jeans that I own. It is impossible to keep them looking clean.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible quality for the price Pants are nice, but the quality is not good. My Gap pants fit better, are more comfortable, and last longer and most of all are about $175 cheaper per pair lol. Peter Millar prices have gone way up and quality has gone way down. Stay away from this product!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Runs small I love the feel and stretch of these pants. However, I was shocked at how small they are. Going to exchange up one size in both the waist and the leg.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not last Very comfortable. Bought 3 pairs. Only last about 2 months. They have all torn next to the back pocket.
Date published: 2023-09-06
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comfortable pants, but do not last I purchased three pairs of Wayfarer pants in the fall. By spring, two of the pants ripped adjacent to a seam in the same spot. These are the most comfortable and best fitting pants I’ve had, however at $200 per pair, my experience with the quality does not justify a future purchase.
