Great shirt, Poor service.
The shirt was terrific - as expected. However, the website would not accept the "free shipping" code given to me. I asked for online help and was advised to put the code into the same box that would not accept it previously. Somewhere during this process, the system generated a second sale of exactly the same shirt. As a result 2 identical shirts came to me. I was charged twice for shipping (which should have been free. In addition, when I returned the second shirt, my refund did not include a sales tax refund on the second shirt nor did I get a credit for the shipping charge on either the erroneous purchase or my actual purchase. Service on this purchase was unsatisfactory!
